Tara was born and raised in North America but has lived here in the UK for many years, so she is authentic in both accents. An actress since the age of four, she is notable for having played Preston in Doctor Who, and her 35-year voice-over career spans more than ninety audiobooks, hundreds of English Language Teaching and ADR sessions, as well as computer games and corporate work. Tara is also the author of 16 books on personal development.
