As a professional actor and singer, Nerissa has worked extensively in musical theatre, commercials, film/TV and voiceover. On stage, she’s performed in the award-winning production of Dreamgirls in North America, and landed her first TV role on NBC’s Unexpected Killer. Trained in Toronto, Canada and at Identity School of Acting, Nerissa has since appeared in HBO’s Avenue 5, and has worked opposite to Damien Lewis in Billions and Kristen Bell in People We Hate at the Wedding.

Nerissa’s passion for voice and performance has won her further awards as a singer, speaker and poet. Her voice became the first-ever female voiceover for the NBA Raptors basketball team’s brand campaign, and she gave her first TED talk on creativity in 2018. Nerissa now lives in London.
