Lewys is from the North Wales/Chester border, and has a dynamic and powerful voice with an edge. He trained at Rose Bruford on the Actor-Musicianship BA (Hons) course, where he was awarded a commendation in the BBC’s Carlton Hobbs voiceover competition. He has over 8 years professional voiceover and acting experience, compassing everything from radio drama to commercials to narration. His voiceover credits include HBO’s Chernobyl and Jamestown; BBC’s Time and The Responder, the voice of Joseph Knox’s Aiden Waits trilogy on Audible, an advert for Google, and BBC Radio 4 dramas. His theatre credits include playing Smith in Smith (The Edge/Manchester Royal Exchange). 

He also runs Manchester STAC Studio – a popular selftape, voicereel and coaching service for Actors. He’s currently also the voice of Greggs.
