Gerry’s career now spans over four decades across stage, television film and radio broadcasting. On stage he has played in productions of Shakespeare, Yeats and O’Casey and more contemporary works by Don DeLillo, Brian Friel, Pinter and Neil Simon. His film and television work includes numerous TV series and dramas as well as blockbusters like Pirates of the Caribbean and King Arthur. Gerry worked for both the Irish national broadcaster (RTE) and the BBC on many hours of drama and documentary narration. He has also been the voice of some of the biggest brands (Kelloggs, BMW, and several financial institutions in Ireland). He was the global voice of a Trivago campaign. He is also a much sought-after audiobook narrator, having read over a hundred titles. He was nominated for an Audie for his work on the Jack Taylor series of detective novels by Irish writer Ken Bruin and won silver in the UK audio book awards for Ballykissangel.
